The policy
If what you bought is not what you wanted, you can have your money back within 7 days of purchase. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Seven days, one email, no interrogation about why.
If what you bought is not what you wanted, you can have your money back within 7 days of purchase. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Email hello@postprodtools.com from the address you paid with, or simply reply to the email your licence key arrived in, and say that you would like a refund. That is the whole process - there is no form.
You are welcome to take the refund either way. But if something is broken rather than simply not for you, tell us what happened first - most problems are ones we can fix the same day, and we would rather fix them than lose you to a bug. It reaches the person who wrote the code.
Our tools run inside Premiere Pro and other applications we do not control, and an update to one of those can change or remove what a feature is built on. We will try to fix it and ship the fix free, but we cannot promise a repair or a timescale, and a break of that kind does not reopen the seven days. This is set out in full in the Terms, and it is worth reading before you buy.
We are not obliged to refund after seven days, but we would still rather hear from you than not. Write and explain; we look at those case by case.
If you are a consumer you may have refund rights under the law of the country you live in. Nothing in this policy reduces them, and where those rights are wider than this policy, they apply.
Anything on this page that reads like a trap almost certainly is not one. Ask: hello@postprodtools.com reaches the person who wrote both these terms and the software they describe.
